THE PERSON BETWEEN YOUR BUSINESS & THE TECHNOLOGY

You know your business.
I help connect the dots.

A tool only helps when it fits the people doing the work.

My background is in retail operations, sales leadership, staff training, and performance reporting. I’ve been the person helping a team turn a goal into something they can do today.

I also build software. Through FlarePaths, I bring those two sides together: understanding the operation, building what fits, and helping people use it.

EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICE

I developed a system used at a local operation of a major national retailer, bringing real-time performance insights and associate training into day-to-day work.

Developed through my hands-on retail operations work.

A CLEAR WAY TO START

First, a conversation.
Then, a useful next step.

Initial consulting is free. No purchase required.

  1. 01

Tell me where work gets stuck.

We’ll talk about your process, the tools you already use, and what a better day would look like. You don’t need a technical brief.

  2. 02

    Choose one worthwhile improvement.

I’ll help assess whether the answer is a better setup, a connection between tools, training, or custom software. Sometimes your current tools can already do the job.

  3. 03

Agree on the work before it starts.

If there’s a fit, you’ll get a written scope and quote, including what you’ll receive, how we’ll check it, and what support or ongoing costs apply.

How inquiries are handled

GOOD TO KNOW

A few answers
before we talk.

Is this only for retail businesses?

Retail is where much of my operational experience comes from. I also welcome conversations with local service businesses and small offices that have repeat work, disconnected tools, or difficult handoffs. We’ll assess your specific workflow before agreeing to a project.

Do I have to replace my current software?

No. We start with what you have. An existing feature, a better setup, or staff training may be enough. Integrations depend on the access and capabilities your software provides.

Is this an AI service?

The focus is business automation and useful software. AI can help build tools, and it can be part of a workflow when it adds value. It isn’t required. Any proposed AI feature should have clear limits, appropriate data handling, and human review where needed.

What does a project cost?

Initial consulting is free. Project pricing follows a defined scope, with any software subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, and applicable tax explained before you commit. There is no automatic enrollment or charge.

Will you help my team use it?

Yes—training and handoff are part of the project conversation. We’ll agree on documentation, review steps, recovery options, and the support included in your scope. Ongoing support is specified separately when needed.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

An example of the work that gets stuck, the tools involved, and who uses the process. You don’t need to send business data or give account access to start.

One local person. A practical next step.
