FINISHED WORKFLOWS
Four jobs that used to be
done by hand.
I built each of these in my previous role running a 50+ person retail team, and the team used them every day. Each page walks through how it ran and lets you try a working copy with invented numbers. They were part of that job, not FlarePaths client projects.

Managers rebuilt the same numbers every morning, and staffing gaps showed up after the rush had started.
The answer, the gaps and the coaching notes are waiting before open.

Each day started from a message thread, three spreadsheets and a different version of the priorities.
One brief before open: yesterday, today’s plan, staffing, and up to four priorities, each with an owner.
See the finished workflowTeam challenges
Goals lived in a manager’s head, so accountability meant reminders and the same three people got all the credit.
Teams watch their own standings; managers get a nudge about who needs help, not a list to shame people with.
See the finished workflowPrep & pars planner
Prep amounts came from memory, so some items ran out by noon and others went in the trash at close.
Tomorrow’s prep list is sized to the day, in order, with over-par items flagged to use first.
