Workflow automation.
Less chasing the next step.
For Lubbock restaurants, shops and service teams, a missed handoff can be more painful than a slow spreadsheet. I build forms, checklists and small tools around the way work actually moves between your people.
WHEN THIS HELPS
The task is done. Nobody knows who goes next.
An opening checklist lives on paper, a call-out arrives in a message, and the next manager repeats questions because there is no shared record. The useful fix is a clear trigger, an owner and a visible next step.
Map one recurring job
We follow one task from its trigger to completion: what comes in, who makes a decision and what the next person needs.
Keep judgment with people
The workflow can collect a form, assemble a brief or flag a missing step. Staff approvals, exceptions and sensitive decisions get an explicit human owner.
Plan for a busy day
The scope includes the devices your team uses, access, corrections and a fallback when a tool or connection is unavailable. We agree which parts can run automatically.
START WITH ONE JOB
Examples we can discuss.
- Opening and closing checklists with a shared record of completion.
- A pre-shift brief that brings priorities and coverage into one place.
- Staff guides and onboarding steps people can find during a shift.
The example uses invented staffing and business figures. Real permissions, delivery channels and integrations are checked separately for each project.

Workflow automation questions.
Does workflow automation require AI?
No. A clear form, a rule or a scheduled report is often enough. AI is an optional implementation tool when it helps the agreed task and its handling of your data is appropriate.
Can this connect the tools we already use?
Sometimes an existing setting or export solves the problem. I check the supported options and any plan limits before proposing a connection. I do not assume every platform offers an API or that an integration is free.
Will our team need another complicated app?
We start with how the team works today. The plan describes where they open the tool, what they must enter and who maintains it. If a process change or an existing feature is sufficient, I will say so.
