LUBBOCK & WEST TEXAS · WORK DIRECTLY WITH GARRETT WISE
Custom software
around the work you do.
When the tools you already pay for leave a recurring gap, a small custom application may fit. Work directly with Garrett Wise in Lubbock on one defined workflow, from the first conversation through handoff and support.
WHEN THIS HELPS
Software that almost fits, plus a spreadsheet.
Your existing system handles the transaction, but the team still uses a spreadsheet for coverage, a separate note for coaching and a group message for the daily plan. A focused application can bring the missing workflow together without replacing everything.
Define the smallest useful tool
We agree who will use it, the input, the decisions it supports and an observable definition of done. The written scope states the price and what it excludes.
Build and check the workflow
The proposed tool is checked against the agreed inputs and devices. Access controls, corrections, export and failure recovery belong in the scope where the job needs them.
Hand it over clearly
You receive an explanation of how to use the tool, who owns access and what maintenance is included. Hosting, service costs and dependencies are discussed before you commit.
START WITH ONE JOB
Examples we can discuss.
- An operational dashboard with a daily view and source context.
- A phone-friendly form or checklist for a defined team process.
- A small planning tool that makes assumptions and missing information visible.
These examples are simplified versions of tools built during Garrett’s employment. They use invented data and are not FlarePaths client case studies.

Custom software questions.
Do I need a custom application?
Not necessarily. If a feature in your current software, a spreadsheet repair or a simpler process solves the problem, that should come first. The walk-through is a way to decide whether a build is worthwhile.
How much does a first project cost?
The current starting range and complete project terms are on the service pricing page. The exact scope, price, ongoing costs and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts.
Is this the same as buying Retail KPI or another FlarePaths product?
No. This page describes scoped service work for a business. The independent FlarePaths products have separate availability, evaluation and sale terms. Their development status is shown on their own pages.
